Noel Weiss President

Noel started off in the industry in 1987, framing houses while on summer break from Kutztown University. Upon obtaining his BS in Business Administration, he began working in business development for a GC in Central Bucks County. During his tenure, Noel advanced to Vice President within the firm and earned an MBA from Philadelphia University. When Noel realized his dream of starting a construction consulting company he met Tom McGrath, owner of McBRICK, and became Director of Operations here. Throughout his career, Noel has spearheaded more than a thousand construction projects, with extensive experience in senior living, health care construction, and commercial fit outs. Noel lives with his wife Christine, their two daughters, and their two border collies. Outside of work and family time, Noel has been coaching Masters Swimming at the YMCA since 1991 and is involved in triathlons, biking, and running.

Dennis McElhare Operations Manager

Dennis joined McBRICK in 2016, and brings over 24 years of solid experience in commercial construction. His career began at age 19 in the maintenance shops of Woods Services, and he was soon promoted to Assistant Facilities Manager. After 8 years at Woods, he became Operations Manager for a commercial construction company, where he developed many relationships with clients, subcontractors and vendors. He then moved on to become Facilities Director for a continuing care retirement community, where he learned the rules and regulations of the healthcare industry. Dennis lives with his wife Kathy, their son and two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys playing in a flag football league, watching his children play sports at the local and collegiate level, and vacationing in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Rick Apple Senior Project Manager

Rick is a 32 year veteran of the construction industry and has been a consultant with McBRICK since 2013. Of this time he’s spent 22 years on commercial projects and about 10 in residential work. Rick got started in construction at an early age doing work at his mother’s house after his father left. Notable projects Rick has managed include the waterpark and baseball academy at the Newtown Athletic Club in Newtown, Margiotti & Kroll Pediatrics office in Newtown as well as a 15,000 square foot building addition at a manufacturing plant in Hatfield, and a commercial fit-out at a distribution facility in Phoenixville. These projects totaled over 40,000 SF. Rick is married with 2 sons, and enjoys golf and riding his quad in the mountains in his free time.

Michael Gallagher Director of Business Development

Michael joined McBrick in 2018 and has more than twenty-five years of business development experience. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Penn State University, where he previously served as an elected Board Member of the Penn State Hotel & Restaurant Society. He is a life long scuba diver, and enjoys hiking and kayaking with friends and family.

RJ Collins Project Manager

RJ has been with McBRICK since 2011. With 25 years of construction experience, RJ has worked in both commercial and residential projects. His experience in the field began by working with his grandfather. RJ has overseen Haldemen Ford and Haldeman Subaru service areas in NJ. He has also directed the locker room and QC laboratory expansion at a generic drug packager in WestPoint and the Lehigh Valley Health Network Medical Center fit-out. RJ has managed more than 100 apartment renovations for a senior living community in Montgomery County.

Matt Lessa Esitmator/Project Manager

Matt has two decades of experience in the construction industry which began as a carpenter’s assistant at age 17. Matt’s background is in residential construction, and he has taken on commercial projects as well since joining McBRICK 2 years ago. Specialties of Matt’s include bathrooms, kitchens, office fit-outs, and landscaping design and installation. In his spare time Matt enjoys playing darts, hiking, and golf and has been playing drums in various bands for 20 years.

John Hicks Estimator

John joined McBRICK with 22 years of industry experience in both commercial and residential construction. John earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University. His career started while working with his father and growing their family-owned business. He was instrumental in establishing and maintaining relationships with business’ and homeowner’s in providing the highest quality kitchen and bathroom products from dozens of cabinet manufacturing companies, as well as custom shops to best meet the client's needs. Notably, John has expanded his career with experience in custom-built homes in excess of 6,500 square feet as well as 100-200 unit apartment complexes. John is a married father of three children. He enjoys being outdoors, coaching his kids’ baseball and softball teams, and spending time at the Jersey Shore with his family.

Chris Elwood Estimator

Chris’s 15-plus years in construction and project management began in Los Angeles, where he worked in home renovation and was responsible for site management and vendor coordination. He joined McBRICK in 2015, and has since overseen more than 50 senior-living apartment renovations. In 2017, Chris began working as an estimator for McBRICK and is also in charge of safety compliance for the company. He is married to his amazing wife Rachel, and has two children with whom he shares his love of games and toys.
